... the hit korean tv series makers - director Sin Woo-cheol and scriptwriter Kim Eun-sook...
... in year 2009 introduced their new series... CITYHALL!!!

... starring by Kim Seoh-ah and Cha Seung-won, the model-turned-actor

... most ppl remember Kim Seoh-ah because of her famous role in My name is Kim Samsoon in the year 2005... but in this series Kim Seoh-ah is much more different than before acting as Shin Mi-rae... a 180 degree change image...

... i have never really know the 40 years old actor Cha Seung-won... but he perform really well in Jo Guk this character in City hall... leaving mi a deep impression of him...

... as for those who like the drama wrote by Kim Eun-sook must know that in her drama - singing is one section that she would miss... but this time there is no singing by the main actor and actress ~~~ instead change to the famous dancing scene in the drama!!!

long time no see...... finally back to write some posts...

recently juz finish watching: You're my destiny, Hero, Iris, Soul, City Hall, You're beautiful, No Limit, My fair lady, He who cant get marry...

n still watching: The woman who still want to marry, Pasta...

although Iris earn very high recommend but in the year 2009 my fav drama is City Hall...

You're my destiny is one of the few family drama ~~~total 178 epi almost crazy T_T tat i watch the whole drama completely... starring by Yoona...

You're beautiful is cute, touching, romance which a bits like Coffee Prince... a bits like Flower boy... a bits like some other dramas... but it make this drama unique from others...

In korea, there is three main tv station SBS, KBS, MBC....... when i chose a new drama to watch i never really bother which tv station the drama is from... but after a few years of watching i prefer dramas from SBS than KBS and MBC...

I will post more on the detail of my fav korean drama in 2009...

my friend Louisa is getting marry and after 6hrs and 16min she will be marry off to her hubby...
now mi, joanna,nicole,karol and jessie is at louisa hse and now most of them is off to slp except mi and jessie...

hoping that the whole event can go smoothly and at the same time happening...

The very first korean drama focusing on the theme of police detective... mostly korean drama focusing more on the lawyer portion when filming investigation drama...

i have been watching many hk dramas and japanese drama on police investigation... H.I.T given mi a different view toward police investigation...

of course without fail, H.I.T focus very much on love affair feeling n love story more comparing to hk police drama... korean drama always put the love story of the main characters in first place even if it come to police investigation drama...

maybe because i watched more korean drama on sweet love or funny drama... so H.I.T make a very strong impression to mi comparing to other korean dramas... although the H.I.T watching rank is not very high in korean not like "Full house" or even "lover" and "on air"... but i still love it very much...

First introduction the team member in H.I.T

her team...
after so many years of service in the force n is still a low rank police officer...

always being complaint and even once jailed when investigate case...

but he is full of experiences and know tat law will not always be there when a person is facing danger... a police officer can only take action straight at that moment...

his daughter being in her youth time, do not understand her father and even ended involving in a case and nearly become a victim

HE IS DETECTIVE JANG YONG HA(Choi Il-Hwa)


a young police officer always go by the law...

lack of experience but always proud of who he is now...

he is starting as a "spy" send by the vice-in-charge of the police department to take note of the team and report back...

but in the end he become part of the team and using his knowledge in technology helping the team to solve one case after the other


HE IS DETECTIVE KIM JIN ZHONG(Jeong Dong Jin)

a honest police officer who believe everything his team did and think...

very simple-minded... but is good in fighting due to his body-build...














HE IS DETECTIVE NAN ZHEN ZHI(Ma Dong Seok)




a problematic police officer who always looking for promotion chance...

although he may seem unwilling to be in this team, he actually treasure the relationship in the team and sometime cases is solve due to his sudden ideas...




HE IS DETECTIVE SHENG ZHONG JIN(Kim Jeong Tae)



he is the higher in charge of H.I.T...

he may seem afraid of the management level of the police department and scare of problems...

but he actually quite supportive toward the female leader and her team...

a very cute character... i quite respect this character






HE IS IN CHARGE ZHOU HUI YOON(Son Hyeon Joo)


her past...
her boyfriend who is stabbed to death by a seri murderer while on duty with her... n she fail to shot the murderer to death and the murderer run away...

this regret and memory lasts for the past 14 year... until...

she is announced to be the leader of H.I.T to handle a serial murder cases juz like the cases tat happen 14 years ago... although in the end the murderer is juz a copycat...

After a long time of working together, the team grow a strong sense of belonging and strong loyalty toward each other

and her relationship with the prosecutor...





H.I.T
A story abt the different values between men and women in their profession, who being through a serial of conflicts and misunderstanding finally understand each other. On top of romantic love, the carefully detailed crime scenes is also very spectacular

Cha Soo-Gyung(Ko Hyeon Jeong)
This is about a female Lieutentant Cha Soo-Gyung life in a men's world... whereby everyday she come in contact with rugged detectives and criminals. As she is very busy, she can be seen in messy hair and sweated clothes in the office and even wear top sock due to athlete foot...

But her feminine side is exposed in front of the rooky prosecutor Kim Jae Yoon the first time when he set foot into her house. The biggest surprise come from the shoe closet that filled with numbers of high heels.

Unknown by the reality thing that happen to Soo-Gyung, Jae Yoon plead her to dump the toe sock and be a woman... Soo-Gyung shut him up by solving a case with her knowledge of shoes.

Soo Gyung is a expertise in recreate crime and predict the occupation or traits of the suspect juz by looking and analyzing the shape of the texture of the shoe. A great shooter but never shoot. Holding a gun to her means that she is put in equal with man.

Due to the death of her boyfriend, her life changed and she always tend to link any murder case with the old case and making other misunderstand her stand.

Kim Jae Yoon(Ha Jeong Woo)
A rooky prosecutors and always play by the book and think that only men can be homicide detective... Born in a wealth family, smart, never fail a test in life causing him to be over optimistic to a point of being immature, good talent in art and music...

He graduate schools simply because he didnt want to get a job and after yrs of studied in accountant, he juz change and studied Judicial exam and passes with high score, at the age of 30
He is appointed into the Organized Crime and Violent Crime Analysis Team and be a DA of a police team that means only last for abt three mths and he be free. A perfect place for a person like him who doesnt have a sense of justice or the drive to catch criminals.

Cha Soo-Gyung and Kim Jae Yoon changed each other life and thinking while they working together in a team. Both with bad memory in the past - Soo-gyung boyfriend killed by serial murderer lead her to work hard to be a police officer hoping one day to catch that serial murderer. Kim Jae Yoon is once being kidnapped when young by a close nanny who he relied on so much leading him not to believe in anyone even himself.

The optimistic Jae yoon bring brightness to Soo-Gyung...

Jae Yoon helped Soo-Gyung not to forget her past(as he know that it is impossible)but to carry on with her life with that past memory instead of avoiding the past and live under the dark shade cause by the past.

Kim Yong Doo(Kim Jung Min), ex-cop who is now the owner of a BBQ shop...
He retired after the incident of Soo-Gyung boyfriend Han Sang Min death while on duty... He felt gulity abt the incident as he should be the one on duty tat very day and he feel compassion toward Soo-Gyung who lose her love one and is taking refuge in her work. This compassion turned into love

He hope that Soo-Gyung can dump the past and live well but...
He himself also cannot forget the past and still looking for related information that is why he opened a BBQ shop near to the Crime agency and the customers is mostly police detective...

He is also bury in the past with Soo-Gyung so he cant have a clear mind to face the past with Soo Gyung but Jae Yoon can...

so the appearance of Jae Yoon, make Yong Doo facing the possibilties of losing his 14 years crush...
